Good hospital, Improved tremendously!

Professional and caring staff, same day surgery department is the best.

Recently I started going to the hospital for Physical Therapy. I cant say enough about the friendly hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The same goes for the H.I.M. staff when special medical records were needed. It makes me extremely happy not have to travel to the hustle and bustle and confusion of main campus. Its a great hospital keep up the good work and please keep the small hospital feel. This is the first Ochsner Hospital I feel like a patient and not a number.

I have been taken care of better by more compationate people ever. Seamless from beginning to end.

This hospial is very awesome!! They are on point... and when it comes to emergencys they are very friendly and kind. As a kid i would recommend St. Charles Hospital!! They have improved so much since a was very little. They helped me with acid reflex problems thank you so much to all facuilty and staff you guys are great!!! 1out of 10. They are a 9.5 ... Thanks Love u guys ... you are family!

Went to er for poison ivy and lower back pain told er Dr I couldn't take mobic are naproxen because it makes my stomach bleed and he Dr Cruz still wrote it I can't take it

Went in for an out patient surgery today. Staff was so great! It was 5:30am, which I for one am not at my best so early in the morning, but everyone was so very friendly and helpful. They were very thorough and made sure I understood everything that was going on or if I had any questions before we proceeded. They were very attentive to make sure my pain levels were tolerable and offered any help I needed. I was in and out by noon but never felt pushed out, they made sure I was comfortable and understood my after care before releasing me. Everyone was wonderful and personable. I have had many unpleasant hospital experiences in the past and this was by far my best hospital experience. Thanks to all your staff! You're wonderful.

This Hospital/Clinic has improved dramatically. The Nurse's and Doctors seem to be more on task, Even the new Cafeteria has awesome food... Glad they fixed up this place since it is so close to my house....

Just spent 4 days there. Was the first time One if not two nurses or doctors came in atleast twice and hour. And the doctor gave you the facts straight up but gave it in a soothing approach

I was rushed to the ER after having unexpected and unexplained fainting spells one morning. I was admitted from the ER and From the moment I walked in until the moment I was wheeled out , the care I received was excellent. Particularly , My ER nurse (Chris B) showed all the characteristics of an exceptional nurse. Thank you to everyone who had any part in my care and treatment. I am forever greatful

Awesome staff and doctor's. . Went through painful procedures but thy take really good care of their patients and thy are very courteous and patient. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Ocshners. .
