I saw Dr.Vargas. He was fantastic. Very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond what I expected. His team was very thorough and answered all of my questions accordingly. I definitely will be returning, anyone looking for a new OBGYN should definitely visit him.

Love it. Never wait that long. Expect to get a nurse practitioner or something like that instead of a doctor whenever you come, but that's normal everywhere now. Friendly and quick about doing labs and updating info in MyChart. I like that I can receive messages and that they're pretty great with squeezing me in last minute. I never wait when I call either.

Absolutely everyone are friendly yet professional. Its always clean. And, great doctors, physician assistants, nurse practioners, nurses and clerks are all in this group. It doesn't matter which clinic you choose, they are awesome at what they do.

Kathy Freeman saw me on short notice, and was very kind and professional. She accepted me as a new patient and is very knowledgeable. She listens to your concerns and offers resolution to your medical needs. The staff at the front desk were prompt, helpful and kind. I am grateful for a medical facility that helps their patients. I've been using ochsner for over a year now . The ladies behind at the desk at the Summa Building are wonderful very polite and respectful. Now some of the other buildings not so nice .

The best you could ask for in care and clarity. I've been with Ochsner since moving to baton rouge and their staff has always been very kind and courteous answering any questions I had and keeping my care schedule smooth and organized. The doctors know their stuff and so do the nursing staff. I inquired as to the work environment and was interested to hear that they receive regular training to keep up to speed on the latest. Definitely use anything with the Ochsner name on it for health care if you can around here. Ending side note: Their website is very organized and user friendly if you make an account with them. They literally lay everything in front of you there for max transparency. A+

The staff at the check in desk are very professional and kind and friendly. All my physicians treat me with the up most care and compassion. I have referred friends and family to them !!
